Randy sees his patients at King Hearing Center in the Lubbock office at 2821 74th Street. They have advanced test equipment and a quiet sound booth to test more accurately. Nelda, the office coordinator helps with general hearing aid cleaning and adjustments, scheduling and keeping track of everything. Randy is able to spend time with each person and help them to understand their hearing loss, the best hearing aid for them, the proper use and cleaning of their hearing aids, and the importance of being able to hear more clearly and comfortably. The true value of hearing aids is only achieved by working closely with a professional who cares about you and what you are experiencing.

Her real talents became clear when she worked for a large commercial real estate developer as an executive secretary, organizing the office and working with clients. But it is our blessing that Nelda came to King Hearing Center in 2003 and put her organizational and people skills to work.
Nelda was the oldest of five kids and helped her mother raise the family after her father passed away. She is patient and compassionate and helps to care for each patient as they adjust to using hearing aids. Nelda also speaks Spanish fluently.
